From here it is a succession of extraordinary panoramas from the Reserve of Aguada Blanca to Lake Titicaca, crossing the Ruta del Sol. Arrived in Cusco, the tour will take you to discover the beauties of colonial, baroque and Inca Cusco, as well as the extraordinary beauties of the Sacred Valley of the Incas with the Salinas of Maras, Moray, Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. The tour is enriched with the experience of trekking to the Rainbow Mountain or Mountain of Seven Colors.

Day 1: Arrival in Lima

Upon arrival, you will meet our agent and transfer to the hotel. 

Day 2: Lima City Tour

Breakfast and start of the tour. Your first stop is the neighbourhood of Miraflores (Park of Love) and of the Huaca Pucllana (panoramic tour). The visit continues with the discovery of the colonial Lima. Walk that will take you to visit Plaza San Martin and then the main square and the Cathedral, the Convent and the Church of San Francesco with a visit to the Catacombs. In the afternoon transfer to the airport and flight to Arequipa. Arrival in Arequipa and hotel accommodation. 

Day 3: Discovering Arequipa

After breakfast, visit of the Historic Center of Arequipa declared Unesco World Heritage: you will visit the Plaza de Armas, Claustro de la Compañia of the Jesuits, Mundo Alpaca. Finally, visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina which represents the most important visit of the city. 

Day 4: Arrival in Puno

Breakfast and transfer to the bus station. Arequipa – Puno VIP bus. Arrival in Puno and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free to acclimate to the altitude. 

Day 5: Excursion to Lake Titicaca  

Breakfast. Boat excursion on the highest navigable lake in the world (3,810 m.). The first stop is at the Uros Islands. It then continues towards the Island of Taquile whose inhabitants of Quechua origin are known for their skilled skills as weavers (recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Heritage of Humanity). Return to Puno in the afternoon for overnight stay. 

Day 6: Visit of Pukara and transfer to Cusco

The excursion begins in the morning after breakfast, and the first stop will be the town of the Pukara plateau with a visit to the Pukara Culture Museum. Stop near the Raya. Buffet lunch at Sicuani and visit of the “Temple of Wiracocha”. Finally, visit of the Church of Andahuaylillas decorated by the artists of the Cusqueña School. Arrival in Cusco and hotel accommodation. 

Day 7: Tour of Chinchero, Moray, Maras and Ollantaytambo

Breakfast and start of the tour towards Chinchero where we visit the church and a craft centre for the processing of alpaca fibre (Sunday local market). It continues with a visit to the Inca agronomic centre of Moray. Next stop is the Saline di Maras. Lunch. Finally, it will be the turn of the fortress and the citadel of Ollantaytambo. From here take the train to Aguas Calientes. Arrival and hotel accommodation. 

Day 8: Visit of Machu Picchu and return to Cusco 

Breakfast. Shuttle bus to reach the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Visit about two and a half hours and return to Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon departure by train to Ollantaytambo. Arrival and departure to Cusco. 

Day 9: The Inca Ruins and the Temple of the Sun

After breakfast, visit the Inca Ruins around the city of Cusco: Puca Pucara, Tambomachay, Kenko and finally the spectacular Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Then return to the city to finish with visits to the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha and the San Pedro city market. 

Day 10: Rainbow Mountains 

Departure at dawn with the direction south of the city towards Puno (trip takes about 3 hours). Arrival in Pampachiri and start walking towards the Rainbow Mountains, or Mountain with Seven Colors (Vinicunca). During the walk, we will reach 5000 m above sea level. Time available to observe the area and explore the mountain. Lunch. Return to Cusco.
